Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited ultrasound/sonography program (preferred) or an Associate/Bachelor degree in sonography.
• 1 year imaging experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required upon hire and vascular credentials required upon hire (ARRT/CCI/ARDMS).

Responsibilities

• Performs noninvasive vascular ultrasound examinations.
• Produces quality images following protocols.
• Provides and maintains clinical documentation per scope of practice.
• Educates patients/families regarding the procedure/treatment.
• Positions the patient and completes the procedure.
• Adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
