Job summary

The Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Vascular Technologist I to perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound exams and support patient care.

The role requires accuracy, compassion, and collaboration within the Heart & Vascular Institute, with on-site work at the main campus and potential float to affiliated facilities. Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, ARDMS RVT certification, and BLS, with 0–1 year of vascular sonography experience

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• RVT certification by ARDMS is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• 1 year of diagnostic vascular sonography experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound exams including carotid and venous studies.
• Provide patient care with attention to comfort and safety.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with training staff and students as needed.
• Support quality assurance and research projects in the lab.
• Handle on-call, holiday, and shift coverage as required.
