Job summary

Frontier Dermatology invites skilled professionals to explore our openings in Oregon and Washington, including a part-time Vascular Technician role in our Vein department at the Salem location.

The position supports vascular, venous, and lymphatic ultrasound examinations, including patient prep, testing, documentation, and results submission, requiring ARDMS RVT or CCI RVS credentials and BLS, with 1–2 years of vascular ultrasound experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• Current RVT or RVS credential.
• Current BLS certification.
• State medical imaging license if required by the state.
• Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated vascular ultrasound experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for vascular, venous, lymphatic, and dermatologic exams; obtain and document medical history and symptoms.
• Promote patient comfort, privacy, safety, and a positive experience.
• Educate patients on vascular/lymphatic conditions and post-procedure care as directed by the provider.
• Support providers in evaluating and treating venous disorders and related conditions.
