Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer in Tampa to support vascular procedures and imaging. You will perform duplex studies, assist during endovenous laser ablation and microphlebectomy, and ensure patient flow is smooth.

The role requires vascular ultrasound credentials (RVT/RVS/RPhS) or eligibility within 90 days, BLS, and a strong desire to learn and grow with UVVC.

Qualifications

• RVT, RVS, or RPhS certification (or eligible to obtain within 90 days).
• Maintain vascular ultrasound credentials and earn CME hours.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (AHA).
• Minimum 1 year of vascular ultrasound experience preferred.
• Desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician during endovenous laser ablation and microphlebectomy procedures.
• Perform ordered duplex ultrasound examination and other imaging studies.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Conduct patient evaluations, complete reports, and maintain equipment.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
