Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Vascular Technologist/Sonographer to float among Illinois locations, supporting endovenous procedures and comprehensive duplex imaging. The role emphasizes patient care, accurate reporting, and collaboration with clinic teams.

The ideal candidate has vascular ultrasound credentials, BLS, and a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced vascular care environment with advanced technology and in-house CME opportunities.

Qualifications

• RVT, RVS, or RPhS certification (or eligible to obtain within 90 days).
• Maintain vascular ultrasound credentials and earn CME hours
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of vascular ultrasound experience preferred
• Desire to learn and grow in the field

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician during endovenous laser ablation and microphlebectomy procedures.
• Perform ordered duplex ultrasound examination and other imaging studies.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Conduct patient evaluations, complete reports, and maintain equipment.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Total compensation is based on experience and may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay.
