Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers in Sugar Land, TX is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer to join our team. You will perform duplex ultrasound exams, assist physicians during endovenous laser ablation and microphlebectomy, and help maintain efficient patient flow.

Candidates should have RVT/RVS/RPhS certification (or be eligible within 90 days), at least 1 year of vascular ultrasound experience, BLS, and a commitment to HIPAA and quality care.

Qualifications

• RVT, RVS, or RPhS certification (or eligible to obtain within 90 days).
• Minimum 1 year of vascular ultrasound experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (AHA).
• Maintain vascular ultrasound credentials and earn CME hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician during endovenous laser ablation and microphlebectomy procedures.
• Perform ordered duplex ultrasound examination and other imaging studies.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Conduct patient evaluations, complete reports, and maintain equipment.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
