Job summary

CarolinaEast Health System in New Bern, NC is seeking a Vascular Technologist to perform comprehensive vascular studies and provide patient-centered care across hospital and physician-office settings. The role includes on-call duties and 24/7 availability.

Candidates must be registered as a Vascular Technologist within one year of employment; peripheral vascular testing experience is required; BLS certification is required; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered as a Vascular Technologist within one year of employment.
• Registered Vascular Technologist preferred.
• Prior experience performing peripheral vascular testing required.
• College degree in Health Science or Allied Health preferred.
• Must demonstrate age-appropriate patient care.
• Must maintain current AHA BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular studies including carotid, arterial, venous, and dialysis access assessments.
• Provide patient-focused care in hospital and physician-office settings.
• Be available for on-call duties and 24/7 coverage.
