This facility is seeking a Vascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Types of Cases: Cath lab procedures
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
• Certifications Required: Board Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Licensure Required: AZ State License required
