Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Vascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support in Colorado Springs. Responsibilities include 24-hour call coverage, vascular procedures (open and endovascular), and collaboration with a Level II trauma team.

Credentialing is 30–90 days with emergency temporary privileges possible. Requirements include board certification, active Colorado license or IMLC, DEA registration, and experience with EPIC EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage for vascular surgery patients
• Perform vascular procedures including open and endovascular techniques
• Coordinate with trauma and vascular team in Level II setting
• Maintain timely credentialing and operate under provisional privileges if needed

This facility is seeking a Vascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 24-hour call, 7:00 amto 7:00 am.
• Setting: Call Trauma Level II
• Required Procedures:Vascular surgery, vascular trauma, open abdominal vascular surgery, endovascular procedures, on-call coverage
• Patient population: Adult, Geriatric
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 90 days, emergency temporary privileges available
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications Required: Board Certification and Drug Enforcement Administration
• Licensure Required: Active Colorado Licenseor Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification
