Job summary

MarinHealth seeks a Vascular Surgical Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive perioperative care in collaboration with vascular surgeons. You will perform preoperative evaluations, assist in open and endovascular procedures, coordinate postoperative care, and manage inpatients and outpatients.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PA program, CA PA license, NCCPA certification, DEA license, BLS/ACLS, and 2–5 years of PA experience or motivated new grad.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
• Completion of a surgical residency preferred.
• 2–5 years PA experience preferred; motivated new grad considered.
• CA PA license active and current.
• NCCPA certification required by first day and maintained.
• DEA license active and transferable to CA as required.

Responsibilities

• Preoperative evaluation and first‑assisting in vascular procedures.
• Coordinate postoperative care and perioperative management.
• Order, interpret tests and imaging; provide patient education.
• Maintain vascular databases and participate in quality initiatives.
