Job summary

Central Maine Healthcare in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Full-Time Vascular Surgery PA/NP to join a growing vascular surgery team. The role includes clinic management, inpatient care, perioperative support, and first‑assist duties in the OR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current certification as PA/NP.
• Active state PA/NP license or eligibility.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience in vascular surgery or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans with supervising vascular surgeons.
• Provide outpatient and inpatient care and perioperative support.
• Serve as first assist during vascular procedures and assist with perioperative tasks.
• Perform office-based and bedside procedures within scope of practice.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and care across the team.
