This facility is seeking a Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule: 3 12s, 7a-5p, 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 7p-7a, call
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Types of Cases: Standard Vascular Surgery midlevel cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• EMR: Epic
• Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Licensure Required: Must have active New York license, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
