Job summary

All Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Vascular Surgeon for locum coverage at a Virginia hospital. The role involves ER call, consults, emergent cases and light inpatient rounding at a Level II facility.

The position offers midlevel support and scheduling flexibility (3–20 days per month) with an ongoing need beginning January. All Star Recruiting will handle travel, lodging and malpractice expenses and will pay a competitive daily rate with hourly incentives, backed by a full-service agency

Qualifications

• Active medical license to practice in Virginia.
• Board certification in vascular surgery required.
• Willingness to cover 3–20 days per month as needed.

Responsibilities

• ER Call – consults, emergent cases and light inpatient rounding.
• Provide vascular surgery services in a Level II facility.
• Collaborate with the current attending vascular surgeon and midlevel staff.
• Coordinate care with the facility during locum period.

All Star Healthcare Solutions is contracted with a Virginia-based facility seeking Vascular locums. This is an ER Call need, Level II, consults, emergent cases and light inpatient rounding. The facility will be utilizing locums while recruiting a new permanent Vascular Surgeon for their team. This opportunity could mature into a permanent placement if you and the facility come to terms during your locum assignments. There is midlevel support. The facility is open to scheduling options you may be able to provide 3-20 days a month.
