Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Vascular Surgery (or board eligible).
• Unrestricted Texas medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Proven ability to lead in an academic, multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong teaching and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive vascular care, including open and endovascular procedures across our clinical system.
• Foster a culture prioritizing faculty success, satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure division meets high quality benchmarks across outcomes and patient experience.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care, participate in on-call coverage and outpatient clinics.
• Engage in medical student and resident education, research, quality improvement, and scholarly activities.
