Vanderbilt Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join the VHVI Nashville Clinical Staff - Team 4. The role applies the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, including patient and family education, and coordinates continuum of care with the health care team.

You will collaborate with colleagues to establish patient goals, monitor progress, and adapt plans to achieve optimal outcomes while upholding professional standards and contributing to a learning environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
