Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Vascular Surgeon to join a national wound physician group. The role offers no nights, no call, no weekend responsibilities, and a focus on bedside wound care with flexible full- or part-time options.

Physicians work in post-acute care settings across multiple facilities, performing rounds and treating patients while traveling within a 40–60 mile radius. Training is provided, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state where you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• W2 employment with no work visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in the post-acute care setting (SNFs and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day and treat approximately 20-30 patients per day.
• Operate within a mobile practice visiting facilities in a 40-60 mile radius.
• Use real-time clinical documentation during rounds with our EMR.
