Job summary

Chicago Derm is seeking vascular surgery locum coverage in Illinois with a mix of inpatient consults, rounding, and outpatient clinic, plus open and endovascular work. Adult patient population with APP support in both clinic and inpatient settings.

The assignment includes Level 1 trauma cases, 5 to 10 patients per day, and requires the ability to perform open and endovascular procedures. ACLS, BLS, CSR, and DEA are required; Illinois license is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certified in Vascular Surgery or Board Eligible within 5 years.
• Illinois license required; will not wait for license.
• ACLS, BLS, CSR, and DEA required.

Responsibilities

• Vascular surgery care for inpatient and outpatient cases, including Level 1 trauma.
• Must be able to perform open vascular procedures.
• Must be able to perform endovascular procedures.
• Typical volume: 5 to 10 patients per day and 6 outpatient procedures.
