Job summary

Madison Medical Sports & Wellness seeks a board-certified Vascular Surgeon to lead and grow our vein and vascular procedures line within a multidisciplinary platform. Expect ownership-track opportunities as the MSO expands, with equity participation for physician partners.

You will diagnose and treat venous insufficiency, varicose and spider veins, and peripheral vascular disease using state-of-the-art, minimally invasive techniques, collaborating with sports medicine and regenerative teams to

Qualifications

• Board-certified Vascular Surgeon required.
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain one.
• MD degree required; DO candidates not considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the vein and vascular procedures program.
• Perform venous insufficiency evaluation and treatments (EVLA, RFA, sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy).
• Order and review imaging; perform fluoroscopy-guided injections and procedures.
• Collaborate with sports medicine, regenerative therapy, and wellness teams.
• Help shape protocols and future vascular hires as the MSO scales.
