Job summary

Baylor Scott and White Health in Lakeway, TX is seeking an experienced, BE/BC Vascular Surgeon to join our growing vascular program. This employed position offers work‑life balance, a competitive salary, productivity bonus and relocation support.

You will lead vascular surgery services, collaborate with Cardiology and Vascular Surgery teams, and cover Q3 calls in Lakeway. Our integrated health system serves Central Texas with state‑of‑the‑art resources and strong referral networks.

Qualifications

• Proficient in all aspects of vascular surgery and anterior approach procedures.
• Opportunity to develop vascular surgery program with cardiology referrals.
• Minimum 5 years of experience preferred.
• Q3 call coverage for Lakeway hospital.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Baylor Scott and White Health is seeking an experienced, BE/BC Vascular Surgeon to join our outstanding Vascular Surgery care program based primarily in our Lakeway clinic. Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of vascular surgery and anterior approach procedures, and is expected to contribute to the growth and development of vascular programs in partnership with the Divisions of Cardiology and Vascular Surgery
• Opportunity to develop and establish vascular surgery program with a strong cardiology practice referral base
• 5 years of experience preferred
• Q3 call covering the Lakeway hospital
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
