Evansville Surgical Associates is seeking a full-time vascular surgeon in Evansville, IN. The practice includes five BC vascular surgeons performing a full spectrum of open and endovascular procedures, with three half-days of outpatient clinic time weekly and call coverage at a 1:6 ratio.
Qualified candidates should be board-certified or board-eligible in vascular surgery, have completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship, and be proficient in open and endovascular techniques. Midwest ties preferred.
Evansville Surgical Associates (ESA), the premier surgical specialty group in Southwestern Indiana, is actively seeking a F‑T Vascular Surgeon to join their well‑established and growing practice in Evansville, IN. Currently, our vascular division includes five BC vascular surgeons, all performing a full spectrum of open and endovascular procedures.
Dedicated outpatient clinic time of three half‑days/week.
Call coverage is 1:6.
Advanced Facilities: Full access to modern Cath lab facilities; two hybrid ORs.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a guaranteed salary of $600,000 for up to two years and a $50,000 sign‑on bonus, along with a comprehensive benefit package. Potential for a performance‑based bonus after the second year, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Bonus details, including eligibility and performance goals, will be discussed during the interview process or upon hire.
ESA surgeons are all certified by the American Board of Surgery, and a number of surgeons also have subspecialty training and certification in Vascular Surgery, Trauma/Critical Care, and Minimally Invasive Surgery.
ESA provides expertise in general surgery, colon & rectal surgery, peripheral vascular & endovascular surgery, breast surgery, thoracic surgery, endocrine surgery, complex abdominal wall hernia surgery, bariatric (Obesity) surgery, and oncologic (cancer) surgery, utilizing advanced laparoscopic, thoracoscopic, and endovascular techniques to carry out many of these procedures. ESA maintains an endoscopy service, providing diagnostic and surveillance colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.
ESA surgeons also direct and staff the two Level II Trauma Centers at Deaconess Midtown Hospital and Ascension St. Vincent, providing care for over 3,000 trauma patients a year.
