Job summary

USA Clinics Group in Florida is seeking a Vascular Sonographer to perform vascular ultrasound studies focused on the lower extremities, ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the process.

You will conduct venous insufficiency and venous mapping, work across Pinellas and Tampa clinics, participate in paid training out of town, and document studies using PACS/EMR. The role requires graduation from an accredited program and RVT/RVS/RPhS credentials or eligibility within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound program.
• Current RVT, RVS, or RPhS credential, or eligibility to obtain within 90 days.
• Demonstrated experience with venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping and venous duplex studies is preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality images.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a patient-focused healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency, venous reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex examinations.
• Perform additional vascular imaging studies such as carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT, and PVR testing.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic, vascular laboratory, or related vascular imaging environment.
• Utilize PACS and EMR systems to document studies, manage images, and support clinical workflow.
• Apply broad sonography knowledge including OB/GYN and abdominal modalities when applicable.
