Job summary

Vascular & Interventional Specialists in Omaha, NE seeks a Vascular Sonographer for a full-time role. The position performs diagnostic vascular and/or cardiac ultrasound studies, prepares patients, documents results in EMR/Medireport, and supports clinic workflows to ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety.

The role requires RVT credential or registry-eligible, vascular ultrasound experience preferred, and active BLS.

Qualifications

• RVT credential (or registry-eligible)
• Vascular ultrasound experience preferred
• Active BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient charts and room patients, support intake process.
• Perform vascular ultrasound studies per orders and protocols.
• Assist with discharge, room turnover and prep for subsequent appointments or procedures.
• Maintain timely documentation in EMR and Medireport systems.
• Assist with supply oversight and inventory management.
• Support outreach clinic imaging workflow and coordination with staff.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with Ultrasound Lead to ensure safety and reliability imaging.
