Job summary

The role requires graduate from CAAHEP vascular sonography program or equivalent with RVT or RVS credentials, at least two years of experience, and current BLS certification. You will document findings and assist physicians in diagnosis while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies physician orders and reviews patient records prior to exam.
• Performs basic vascular ultrasound testing per lab protocols, ensuring patient comfort.
• Recognizes and documents abnormal pathologies to support diagnosis.
• Provides physician with detailed preliminary report.
• Enters measurement data and final report into cardiovascular reporting system.
• Ensures equipment is cleaned and functioning per manufacturer guidelines.
