Description

• Performs vascular exams per provider order, adhering to established departmental policy and procedure.
• Uses and maintains equipment per departmental policy and procedure to ensure test quality, patient safety, and to prevent downtime interference with service provision.
• Complies with Augusta Health and departmental policies and procedures including employee’s handbook, safety guidelines, quality improvement and infection control in accordance with organizational vision and philosophy.
• Annually reviews policy and procedure for fire/safety, code blue, disaster, and hazardous materials to assure safety of co‑workers, patients, family/significant other, and self in the non‑invasive vascular lab environment.
