Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers in Houston, TX is seeking a qualified Vascular Technologist/Sonographer to support Memorial location. You will perform duplex ultrasound studies, assist with endovenous laser ablation and microphlebectomy procedures, and help maintain efficient patient flow.

The role requires RVT/RVS/RPhS certification (or eligible within 90 days), at least 1 year of vascular ultrasound experience, and BLS.

Qualifications

• RVT, RVS, or RPhS certification (or eligible to obtain within 90 days).
• Minimum 1 year of vascular ultrasound experience.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (AHA).
• Maintain vascular ultrasound credentials and CME hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician during endovenous laser ablation and microphlebectomy procedures.
• Perform ordered duplex ultrasound examination and other imaging studies.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Conduct patient evaluations, complete reports, and maintain equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
