Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is recruiting fellowship trained vascular neurologists for inpatient and outpatient roles to expand our Comprehensive Stroke Program. The appointee will join as an Assistant Professor on the Clinician Educator Track, with teaching duties and active involvement in clinical trials.

Applicants must complete ACGME-fellowship in vascular neurology and be board eligible or certified in neurology.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in general neurology.
• Completed ACGME-fellowship training in vascular neurology.
• Experience teaching vascular neurology fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Experience with clinical trials is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient vascular neurology services within MUSC Stroke Program.
• Teach fellows, residents, and medical students; participate in grand rounds and seminars.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to clinical trials.
