Job summary

Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital is seeking a Vascular Neurohospitalist to join our established team of 4 neurohospitalists. This role focuses on inpatient vascular neurology and acute stroke care within a Comprehensive Stroke Center in the Houston Methodist system.

The schedule runs 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation, and the team collaborates in a multidisciplinary environment committed to exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
• Fellowship in Vascular Neurology preferred.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Focus on inpatient vascular neurology and acute stroke care.
• Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary neurology team in a Comprehensive Stroke Center.
• Join a team of 4 neurohospitalists at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital.
• Provide patient care during a 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. schedule with a 2 weeks on / 1 week off cycle.
