Required: ARRT certification and AZ state license, BLS. Vascular interventional experience and Philips equipment knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all tasks.
• Operate and oversee general procedures with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and optimize routine workflows to meet performance targets.
• Document procedures, outcomes, and deviations for traceability and improvement.
• Forecast outcomes using pipelines and data views to inform decisions.
• Provide timely status updates and elevate blockers to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procedures with business goals.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment; perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
