Job summary

The Cardiovascular Care Group in Westfield, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care for patients undergoing vascular interventional procedures. This full-time professional role covers pre-, intra-, and post-operative duties in a Surgical Suite setting.

Requirements include 3–5 years RN experience, NJ license, and BLS/ACLS; duties include patient education, charting, and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years nursing experience, preferably in a vascular surgery practice.
• Current NJ license as a Registered Nurse with BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Knowledge of sterile/aseptic technique and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality nursing care for patients undergoing vascular interventional procedures.
• Perform duties in pre, intra and post-operative environments.
• Document care in the electronic medical record system and communicate with the care team.
• Assist with patient positioning, vital signs, and discharge planning.
• Maintain safety, HIPAA compliance and postoperative care standards.
