Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a skilled Radiology Tech to support the CVOR team in vascular procedures. You will operate the vascular C-arm, ensure proper radiation safety, and assist with patient positioning before and during surgery.

Responsibilities include scrubbing to assist with catheters, wires, and stents, and helping develop the hybrid room with the CVOR team. Required are an Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology and ARRT registration, SC licensure, and

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology and ARRT registration required.
• SC Radiation Quality Standards licensure required.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate vascular C-arm to capture accurate images.
• Maintain radiation safety and regulatory documentation.
• Assist CVOR team and surgeons; position patients for surgery.
• Scrub to assist with catheters, wires, stents, etc.
• Support development of the hybrid operating room.
