Job summary

Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes, Camden & Cherry Hill is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist or Vascular Technologist for full-time daytime shifts. You will perform vascular and general ultrasound exams and assist physicians in diagnosis, while maintaining high quality imaging and patient care.

Required RVT with ARDMS/ARRT credentials (MFM area preferred); sign-on bonus of $5,000 and a one-year commitment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in vascular imaging and general ultrasound.
• Education in diagnostic ultrasound; ARDMS/ARRT certification preferred.
• Training/certification as RVT required or pending ARDMS/ARRT eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality vascular and general ultrasound studies according to radiologist protocols.
• Obtain patient history and prior studies; document findings; review orders.
• Assist in biopsy procedures and on-call as needed; maintain patient confidentiality.
• Demonstrate proficient use of RIS and hospital computer systems.
