Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery.

Workload includes comprehensive assessments, orders and interpretations of diagnostics, prescribing treatments, and participation in educational conferences. Training available for new graduates, with a schedule of days, extended days, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Masters prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program.
• Must have current Minnesota RN license and certification as a FNP, ACNP or ANP or graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, ordering, conducting and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosis, prescription of pharmacologic agents and treatments and non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Participate in Division's educational conferences to stay current in vascular surgery.
• Schedule includes days, extended days and weekends after orientation.
