Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current ARDMS or CCI or registry eligible and pass registry within one year of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
• A valid driver’s license.
• BLS or ACLS (Will need to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Aufgaben

• Performs echocardiogram procedures and educates patients.
• Demonstrates proficiency with ultrasound equipment.
• Acquires echocardiographic measurements per protocol and creates digital preliminary reports.
• Verbal communication of preliminary findings to the interpreting physician.
• Ensures accuracy data for clinical reports, demographics and billing information.
• Maintains equipment functionality and keeps records of procedures performed.
