Vascular Anomalies Associate or Full Professor, Academic Clinician, Pediatric Oncology

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Oncology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the non‑tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of clinical care and research directly related to patients with complex vascular anomalies and rare vascular tumors. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Board‑certified or eligible in pediatric hematology/oncology. Rank commensurate with experience.

Teaching responsibilities

• Didactic and clinical instruction of medical students, residents, medical fellows in pediatric hematology/oncology or related disciplines, and post‑doctoral fellows.

Clinical responsibilities

• Attending the interdisciplinary Comprehensive Vascular Anomalies Programs Clinic and some joint IR clinic as well as oncology clinic for vascular anomaly patients and other rare tumors.

Research opportunities

• Contribute to a generation of new knowledge regarding care of patients with vascular anomalies, leadership and participation in QI projects, registries and SOP. Research is not required for faculty on the AC Track.
