Monitor and assess the condition of all vascular access sites regularly and report any signs of infection or complications.Infection Control: Implement and adhere to strict infection control protocols to prevent cross-contamination or infection. Educate patients and family members on the importance of sterile technique and proper care of vascular access sites.Documentation: Accurately document all procedures, observations. Ensure continuity of care by communicating any changes or updates in patient care plans to relevant healthcare team members.Collaboration: Work closely with nursing staff, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in team meetings to update and review hospital policies regarding vascular access care/ maintenance.Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education to stay updated on the latest practices and technologies in vascular access care.
