The RN is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for assigned patients, reporting to a nurse manager. Qualifications include MA RN licensure, BSN for new grads, 3+ years IV experience, and ultrasound-guided IV and PICC experience preferred.

  • - Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current Massachusetts registration.
  • - For newly licensed nurses, a BSN is required.
  • - 3+ years of IV experience.
  • - 2+ years Ultrasound-guided IV insertion required.
  • - PICC experience preferred.
  • - Strong assessment, prioritization, and stress management skills.
  • - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

The registered nurse demonstrates initiative, knowledge and clinical skills in caring for the patient with complex needs. The Registered Nurse demonstrates the ability to effectively manage patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of patient care and is directly responsible to a designated nurse manager, or supervisor.QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
