Job summary

Trinity Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will maintain nursing standards and participate in patient/family teaching and discharge planning in a team setting.

Qualification includes graduating from an accredited nursing program, current Ohio licensure, and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Possess a current Ohio Licensure.
• BSN Preferred.
• BLS Provider or obtain within 3 months of hire.
• ACLS provider or obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of health and background requirements.
• Must be physically able to perform all job duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Maintain standards of professional nursing care according to competency criteria.
• Participate in patient/family teaching and discharge planning; work cooperatively with ancillary nursing personnel and other departments.
