Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Athletic Director
• Direct and coordinate core components of a Varsity Program.
• Develop and review all plans and schedules for the season.
• Curriculum and practice planning.
• Training and student-athlete development.
• Game and event coaching and management.
• Adhere to all guidelines of the FMRSD, NHIAA, and Athletic Program.
• Professional coaching development.
• Monitor academic success, inventory equipment, fundraising.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Athletic Director.
