Job summary

Corvian Community School seeks an enthusiastic High School Swim Coach to lead and develop our swimming program on-site in Charlotte, NC. The coach will foster a positive, competitive team environment and guide student-athletes in swimming skills, conditioning, confidence, sportsmanship, and character.

The ideal candidate has competitive swimming and/or coaching experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for working with high school student-athletes.

The coach will be responsible for creating a positive, competitive, and supportive team environment while helping student-athletes develop their swimming skills, conditioning, confidence, sportsmanship, and overall character.

The ideal candidate will have competitive swimming and/or coaching experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for working with high school student-athletes. The coach should be committed to developing swimmers at all ability levels while building a strong team culture and successful program.
