The role reports to the Athletic Director and Head Coach, with responsibilities including supervision, serving as a positive role model, and representing the school professionally. Part‑time position emphasizing compliance with NC athletic policies and ongoing coaching development.

Formación

• Must meet NC High School Athletic Association requirements.
• Previous successful coaching experience in the assigned sport.
• Ability to communicate with students, staff, parents, and the community.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision of students during all aspects of the program.
• Serve as a positive role model to the student athletes.
• Represent Mountain Island Charter School in a well respected manner.
• Upgrade his/her knowledge and skills through coaching clinics, observations consultation, etc.
