Qualifications

• Coaching abilities required or preferred; CPR validation and safety awareness expected.
• Pupil Activity Supervision validation and CPR certification process.
• Ability to relate to and inspire young athletes during athletic programs.
• Knowledge of prevention and care of athletic injuries and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational skills to enhance program efficiency and execution.
• Aptitude for clear oral presentations and effective communication with staff and athletes.
• Ability to work well with other coaches and school staff.
• Willingness to invest time during the season and manage time commitments.
• Understanding of training and conditioning techniques applicable to softball.
• Ability to diagnose player deficiencies and prescribe corrective activities.
• Proven reliability in completing tasks assigned and meeting program goals.
