ReNEW Schools is looking for a qualified Varsity Head Baseball Coach for the 2026-2027 season at American Leadership Academy's West Foothills High School in Arizona. The chosen candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including student athlete management and ensuring safe practice environments.

It is essential to possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card. Previous coaching and classroom teaching experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.
• Previous experience as a coach is preferred.
• Previous classroom teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make equipment requests and manage distribution.
• Establish public relations with parents and community.
• Ensure practice and game fields are safe.
• Develop a year-round action plan for athletes.
