Job summary

The Varsity Head Girls Soccer Coach and Program Coordinator at Kings Ridge Christian School is responsible for developing the KRCS Girls Soccer program, including vision, philosophy, professional development, and coordination of the entire program in a biblically integrated environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous and successful experience as a head coach or coordinator at the high school or collegiate level preferred.
• Knowledge of GHSA rules and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all aspects of the KRCS Girls Soccer program in alignment with the Athletics Department mission and vision.
• Coordinate with the HS Director of Athletics to guide program growth and execution.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and communications for players, parents, and staff.
• Oversee recruitment, development of coaches, and game/teams logistics.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Counseling teams to support academics and facilities planning.
• Ensure compliance with GHSA rules and administrative duties as assigned.
