Job summary

Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is seeking a 2026 Resident Hallway Cleaner to assist in basic cleaning, grounds keeping, and other maintenance duties as assigned.

Typical responsibilities include cleaning windowsills, lavatories, basements, driveways, streets, sidewalks and operating maintenance equipment; candidates should be able to follow written and verbal instructions and lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some skilled trades vocational training preferred.
• Must be a resident of CMHA and in good standing.
