Qualifications

• Prior retail experience in a vape/smokeshop is a plus.

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Able to greet customers warmly and assist with product questions.
• Demonstrates reliability and punctuality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Maintain scheduling commitments.
• Greet customers and offer assistance.
• Explain products and answer questions.
• Educate customers on products and usage.
• Process payments accurately (cash, card, gift cards).
• Resolve issues with good judgment and courtesy.
• Merchandise, stock, and clean the store.
