Vapor 100 - Sunshine in Springfield, MO is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, recommend products, and process transactions at a busy store located on 1321 W Sunshine St.

Starting at $14.25 per hour, the role includes health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a company‑paid $15,000 life insurance policy. Growth opportunities exist within the company for motivated team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with Valid ID
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Preferred candidates may also have some vaping experience, but not required .
• Basic math skills and comfort with a cash register
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented

Responsibilities
