The ideal candidates will own a 2011 or newer Cargo/Sprinter Van and be responsible for maximizing their revenue through optimized routes and 24/7 dispatcher support.

Qualifications

• Must own a 2011 or newer Cargo / Sprinter Van (9–15 ft cargo space).
• Active DOT compliance and required equipment on board (Straps, E-Tracks, and PPE).
• 23 years of age or older with a clean background and MVR for the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure truck remains operational and profitable during routes.
• Collaborate with dispatch for optimized routes and highest market rates.
• Handle no-touch freight and ensure compliance.
