Qualifications

• Operate a company vehicle safely and in compliance with local regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and at the counter when needed.

• Maintain orderly warehouse and assist with stock checks.
• Prepare and review delivery paperwork and route schedules.
• Communicate any customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Support other branches to ensure consistent service levels across the network.

Summary

The position of Van Driver/Warehouse is responsible for all aspects of customer delivery including packing orders for delivery, mapping delivery routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and maintenance records. This person is also involved in warehouse functions including receiving material, maintaining warehouse organization, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. In addition, the Van Driver/Warehouse will work with other branches to ensure customers from across the network receive a consistently high level of service.
