You’ll maintain vehicle readiness and participate in ongoing trainings with a supportive team. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum age of 21, CPR & First Aid certifications, and compliance with Cadence Education’s insurance underwriting standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport our little learners to and from school, ensuring every ride is a happy, secure adventure.
• Create a fun, character-building vibe on the bus with kid-friendly music and positive language.
• Keep your vehicle in top shape with daily inspections, ensuring it meets state licensing and DMV standards.
• Monitor behavior, document any concerns, and keep the director in the loop to maintain a smooth ride.
• Greet authorized pick-ups with a smile, ensuring safe handoffs every time.
• Stay sharp with in-service training, staff meetings, and parent events to stay connected with our community.
• Keep certifications, licenses, and paperwork up to date, rocking compliance like a pro.
