Job summary

Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a PRN Van Driver to join our patient-care team. You will transport patients, staff and equipment to appointments and other locations using the hospital-owned van, while upholding our mission and guiding principles.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, CPR/BLS, and a preference for 6 months van transport experience; we value professionalism, confidentiality, and strong teamwork in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license required.
• Driving record must meet Transportation Policy standards.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification required.
• Six months van transport experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hospital machines, tools and equipment as applicable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients, staff or equipment to and from various outside appointments, clinics, nursing facilities or other ancillary locations via hospital-owned van. Integrates the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.

Qualifications
